If the 4000 were to be touched by flood waters you better have an Ark as it
sits on a hill compared to river level. At least 50-75 feet above flood
stage (I can GPS the height if needed but don't thing that is necessary.)

Subject: [CBQ] CB&Q Sites Flooded by Rivers ?
Thanks to Bill Ewinger & others for posting the info on the flood in
Burlington, IA. Hopefully the water will recede soon so that the
recovery can begin.
Are other CB&Q sites, depots, and/or equipment also flooded ?
#4000 in LaCrosse ?
The depot, freight house, & National Mississippi River Museum in
Dubuque ? Savanna ?
That nicely restored depot in Thomson, IL ?
Fort Madison's ATSF loco & depot museum and Q depot ?
Keokuk depot ?
Ottumwa depot & #3001 ?
Any place else with Q depots, equipment, etc. in Q territory being
flooded by the Mississippi or other bodies of water ?
Thanks in advance.
Bill H
