[CBQ] burlington bridge

  update on the railroad bridge here at burlington.they start just at 12:00 
noon today running the first trains across the bridge.it was the morning 
piggyback train for thursday followed by amtk 6 and the a coal load.then we 
switch and run some west bound.they are using only one track as the other track 
is occuiped by hulcher equipment unloading the grain from the brage.i was just 
down there at 8:45pm tonight the have the bridge well lite up for work to go 
all night you could see they were either running a cutting torch or welder from 
the trail of sparks.hulcher has more equipment here in other forms then i knew 
they had.there are four vacuum trucks to start with and numerous pick up trucks 
with closed in trailers and the first time i have ever seen one of the kitchen 
trucks to serve meals
