I did some checking on this engine, this is what I've found so far. This 
belongs to the San Luis & Rio Grande RR. It is now an FP10 ex-GM&O F3A #805A. 
Rebuilt as FP10 MBTA #1100 to SLRG Aug.2006. Not sure about the name on the 
side, St.Marys Ry is in Georgia. John

  I do not know anything about this locomotive, but if they have an off 
  season they might consider leasing it to the Bloomer Line here in 
  Illinois to complement their Chinese red (actually Massey Fergusen 
  red) geeps.
