[CBQ] MTZ move

 According to an article in the Granite City Press Record
 Mr. Butterworth, is buying a 10 acre plot, with the intent
 of building a sort of a museum, with a replica of the 
 Grand Central station in St. Louis also adding the MTZ and 
 other pieces of equipment, with the possibility of train
