[CBQ] Office Car Burlington has a new name

For those of you that track the Burlington's fleet of passenger cars 
that are still in operation, I saw on trainorders.com that Harry 
Murphy's Office Car Burlington, most recently BNSF #1, Mississippi 
River, has been renamed "Gerald Grinstein".  As far as I know, it is 
still numbered as BNSF #1.
