I made my GM&O list from the 1948/1947 Traffic Interchange sheet that was
included in the current BHRS mailing of Bulletin #45. Having made a closer
look at that list, I see that there is an asterisk by the Congress Park listing
that refers to a footnote which reads 'VIA I.H.B.'. I also noted a double
asterisk by the the Eola list which states it is 'VIA E.J.&E. All other listed
locations are as stated in my original message. Incidently, the location with
the greatest number of cars interchanged for both years and for both delivered
and received is East St. Louis followed by Kansas City, Mo. in second place.

I have no knowledge of the GM&O interchanging with the Q at Congress Park per
se. Cars destined for the GM&O might have been routed via the IHB to ad from
the GM&O thru Congress Park
but I've never heard of any hint of any railroad other than the IHB and its
predecessors actually interchanging with the Q at Congress Park / West
Grossdale. That goes for the roads that had trackage rights on the IHB as
well.... MILW, B&OCT, etc... they didn't interchange with the Q there either.
