On the STMFC List, there was a comment that the Q and FW&D purchased some tank 
cars post-1960 for cottonseed oil loading.  The only new tanks for this period 
were the 25000 gallon 62' 8' ACF cars numbered 130000 to 130049 (class TM-7).  
Was this the original purpose of these cars?
