I have a slide of one in Q MoW paint on BN in 70's - they were useful 
in that service as track equipment could be ramped inside from the end.
This particular car was at end of a 5 car string of work equipment (on 
the end again of course so that the end door could be accessed)  I.E. 
you could repaint it orange for MOW service.  Gerald
