The version I know (from a retired North-Western Engineer)went:

"Passengers will please refrain,
from flushing toilet while the train,
is standing in the station,
I love you.

If you have to pass some water,
Kindly call the Pullman Porter,
He will place a vessel in the vestibule.

Chorous girls and painted ladies,
must take dou***es or have babies,
how do you like the way I part my hair?" 

My guess about the origin is from the signs to that effect, posted in 
the toilets :>)
