Subject: [CBQ] [modelling] Q SD45 detailing
Hi there,
Third Proto SD45 arrived today in Q hockeystick scheme. I really love
them. Now that I have to renumber this one, I also want to make the
hornplacement correct. Problem is I have 2 dozen pictures, but none
show the mount of the horns. From one picture of a BN 6460 on the
Fallenflags site, it looks like it is sitting on a upside down V-
shaped mount. Is this correct?
I also recall seeing a picture of someone's Proto SD45 with relocated
horn and compressed-air line on the roof. Would this be correct?
From the same BN 6460 picture I see some three lines of white text
btween the last stanchions on the black sill. What does it say and is
there an appropriate decalsheet covering this text?
I cannot find evidence of the Q using the plough aswell.
Will definitively add the "missing" brakecilinder.
Lower toplight will become red.
Anything else?
Thanks,
Ewout Belderok - the Netherlands
