This email announces the arrival of a custom run of Burlington HC-1, 70-ton,
2-bay Covered Hopper kits from Q Connection.
Six different cars have been produced, in two paint schemes that have never
been available before on these cars:
Scheme 1 - Mineral Red all over - white RR Roman letters - large Everywhere
West script both sides - white only herald

* CB&Q Road Number 180355 Built 10-45
* FW&D Road Number 2201 Built 10-45
Scheme 2 - Mineral Red body & trucks - black roof - white RR Roman letters -
large Everywhere West script both sides - white only herald
* CB&Q Road Number 180653 Built 02-51
* CB&Q Road Number 180662 Built 02-51
* C&S Road Number 19014 Built 01-54
Included in the custom-decorated Bowser kits, are ReBoxx weights
specifically designed to bring these hoppers up to the NMRA recommended
weight and Kadee No. 58 couplers. Also available for $1.50 is an add-on
decal sheet with extra road numbers, end reporting marks and specific
lettering added over the life of these cars.
This is a limited run and the initial response has been tremendous. Get
your orders in early as these may sell out at any time. As soon as we
process your order, it will be shipped to you via USPS Priority Mail.
