[CBQ] BN at Paducah

Can anyone tell me if BN stopped running into Paducah, KY between the 
time L&N pulled out of Paducah in 1982 and when the Paducah & 
Louisville was formed in 1986?

I had heard that crews began tying up in Metropolis, IL and that BN 
even posted in the Paducah papers their plans to abandon their rights 
into Paducah during this timeframe.
