[CBQ] Walthers' website - CB&Q content!

Despite the Cheaper, Better & Quicker being a fallen flag for 37 
years, 1 of the 6 photos at the Walther's catalog website features 
passing Twin City Zephyrs on a module of the LaCrosse Div - models, 
scenery, details and photo all by BRHS mbr Lee Edgar.  Walthers made a 
very minor error when writing up the 'copy' however, citing the 
location as being 'north of Onalaska'.
Material submitted to them stated 'north of Fountain City'.  But hey!  
We got Burlington coverage @ a major website!
