Can anyone pinpoint the date that the Aurora Derrick support cars were
repainted from company service orange to gray ? My Uncle Ray Lorenz was a
carmans
helper on the rip at Eola and recalled repainting the tool car,bunk/dinner
and idler car but couldn't state what year it was done. I have pictures from
the late 60's in gray and from the early 50's in orange. Can anyone help as
i'd
like to get it right for 1959 on my RR.
I seem to recall previously sharing some stories about meals and trips on
the wrecker.
