[CBQ] Zepher Shovel Noses

Hey List,
 
Can anyone send me a list of ALL the Zephyr Shovel Noses still surviving  
either in private collections or museums?
 
How many of the original cars still exist and where?
 
I am also interested in the total number built?
 
I'm not a CB&Q person but am looking for this info for someone else who  is a 
member here also but a little to shy to ask these questions.
