[CBQ] New Athearn ACF 2970 in CB&Q (LO-11)

Athearn now has pictures of the LO-11 ACF 2970 covered hoppers in
Burlington, and they look right on! White, not gray, and correct
discharge chutes (unlike the Intermountain cars).

I'm glad I ordered all 3 numbers from my local hobby shop! They are
supposed to be in next month. BTW, the LO-11's were built in July 1968
and numbered 183900-183987.
