[CBQ] Builders Plate

Recently obtained a EMC builders plate(cast brass w/sn & date info 
stamped in) about 4x10 inches. It reads Cleveland, Ohio, Power plant 
equip. sn SEL146D412, date 11-14-29.  All lettering is in capital 
letters.  Anybody know how I can determine what it's off of.  I'm sure 
it's from a gas-electric because of the build date.  EMC made oddel's 
of them for everybody back then.  Never seen a build list.  Also an 
estimate of its value, wondering if I paid too much or got a real
