[CBQ] Industry on Jerico Road Aurora?

There is an industry in Aurora Ill on Jerico Road, right before Terry 
Ave that receives a lot of covered hoppers. It just North of the 
Batavia branchline.

Does anyone know what that industry is and the aprx year it was built? 

I model the mid 50's to early 60's and want to know if it would be 
appropriate to include it on my layout.
