[CBQ] For Sale: CB&Q Book

I have a copy of the book DIESELS WEST!  THE EVOLUTION OF POWER ON THE 
BURLINGTON by David P. Morgan, 1963 for sale for only $15 plus postage.  The 
book is in excellent condition, while the dust jacket shows some wear.  I found 
this at a train show for $15, and even though I already had a copy, figured 
that some fellow CB&Q fan would want it for this price.
