[CBQ] Nickel Plate Products Pioneer Zephyr question

When Nickel Plate Products did the Pioneer Zephyr years ago, was a
fourth car ever offered separately for this train as an add on?  A
friend of mine recently picked one of the Pioneer Zephyrs up and was
wondering if they did.
