I've got one of the NKP BA-10's nearly assembled. I guess that will have to be
the way I go for Heavyweight Equpiment.

Well, aside from having to redo the sides completely (due to the
location of the doors and the rivet strips/battens, wrong door sizes,
add kickplates etc.), completely redo the roof (remove the vents, add
the standing seams), replace the ends, redo all of the underbody
details, among other myriad things - it would be almost close.

It is a model of a MP car, very close to one D&RGW/D&SL car
(replacing the roof) and somewhat close to a Frisco car. Other SE
cars are also close. Baggage cars are not all that similar from
road to road once you start picking nits - or even measuring door
openings and positionings. They might appear close from 3-4 feet
away (real feet to HO models), but if you put a correct model next to
one, they'll stand out. Far better - and easier (if your goal is
correct Q head-end cars) to get a NKP Car kit and go from there. I
know it has to be built, but there was a time people did it, and it
isn't all that onerous. And at least you'd have the satisfaction
that it was done correctly and that it is likely to be unique.
