CBQ 1923 is an ACF build 1914 if that is the correct era
photos on the IRM website

Subject: [CBQ] Walthers baggage cars
Walthers has announced a AC&F 70' baggage car for November delivery. I'd
appreciate any comments on how close these come to a protoype CB&Q car. They
look to be close to the BA-11s (if I remember my classifications correctly).
