Thanks to everyone who replied to my question.  Given how long I've been 
working on this layout, I ought to have known this.  It's still very much a 
"plywood central" though.  Track in place (mostly).  Scenery waiting on 
buildings to be started.  This office is the first to reach completion.  Next 
project will probably be the Wabash/CRIP freight house.  The Keokuk Union Depot 
is going to wait a while longer while I continue to develop my scrath building 
skills.

  I use about one third to one fourth glue to water and add a couple of 
  drops of detergent to help the flow of the glue. lightly spray with soapy 
  water first for best results. Hope this helps.
