I believe 1904 was the year that most of these lines finally took on the name
of the CB&Q. It was also the last year that I have employee timetables for
those roads, except for the QO&KC which fell under a different arrangement.
Just an educated guess though. Archie

The proprietary lines were financially absorbed into the CB&Q structure by
1900, and the renumbering of subsidiary cars into the CB&Q numbering system
started at this time, with most of the cars renumbered by 1904. However,
the CB&Q pages in the December 1908 ORER separately listed cars for H&StJ,
  KCStJ&CB, CB&K and J&StL, the November 1909 ORER had B&MR and StLK&NW
details, and the July 1910 issue still separately showed two B&MR MoW cars -
tank E29 and tool car E14.
