  In the 1940s and 50s the CB&Q Railroad went from St. Louis, MO to Beardstown, 
IL. This line went through my father's farm when I was a youngster and the 
passenger train went through every day. I think the freight trains that went 
through would go farther than Beardstown. Do you have any history of this line? 
I think they took the tracks up in the late 70s.
