[CBQ] Still more changes to the Keokuk & Western RR web site

I've posted some more updates to my Keokuk & Western web site this 
evening.  I've added a new masthead and changed the navigation bar to 
allow more menu items in the future.  Think "Rock Island".  There are 
some other minor changes, but lots more is coming.  To see the updates, 
check out the History menu link at <http://www.KeokukandWesternRR.com> 
.  The gold semaphore icons point to the most recent additions.
