[CBQ] Pullman Standard 10290-10299 series 60' box cars

Hi all;

Looking through Morning Sun's Pullman-Standard color guide, there is a 
photo of CBQ 10294 on page 31.
Color is Chinese Red, but the end is black. Never saw a black end like 
this before. Was this normal for this lot of cars or was it habit for P-
S to paint the ends black (seems like every covered hopper P-S made got 
black ends.)

Would the Athearn 60' P-S box be a good start for this car? IIRC, the 
Athearn car is a double door and this class is a door and a half.
