Is there any common definition of what constitutes a sub-division or a 
division.  For example, is a sub-division the track between 2 yards or between 
a yard and an end point or is it the trackage between two points that are100 
miles apart or are sub-divisions and divisions whatever a particular railroad 
says they are?
