CB&Q VO-1000 was built 12/43. By 06/61 she had 4 stacks, not sure
exactly when the conversion took place, though. At that time she still
wore the "Everywhere West" / "Way of the Zephyrs" scheme. She was
retired 05/66. Not sure if she was ever updated to the Scotchlite
stripes or the "BURLINGTON" lettering on the hood. See Holck Vol. 1
p.58 for a photo.
