Question,

What was the consist and car order of the original
Californiza Zephyr???

Also, How long did this last???

I have read in various books and seen in various films
variations of the original consist and car order.

I believe that below is the proper car order for the
CZ

1.  Baggage Car
2.  Vista Dome Chair Car
3.  Vista Dome Chair Car
4.  Vista Dome Chair Car
5.  Vista Dome Dorm/Buffet/Lounge Car
6.  Diner
7.  16 Section Sleeper
8.  10-6 Sleeper
9.  10-6 Sleeper
10. 10-5 Sleeper
11. Vista Dome Observation Car
