John,
How can I get hold of your friend with the N-Scale E5's?
I am interested in buying a set.
Thanks,
Dan

Hi Charlie,
A friend of Dave Lotz's and mine did a resin body shell of a E5 in N
scale, he had a bunch for sale at the NMRA show in Cincinnati and I
think Dave might have one or two at home. In my opinion they really
looked nice, all you would need to do is clean up the shell a little and
put some alcad paint on and I think you would have a nice model. BTW
they fit on a Life/Like N scale E6 under frame.

Bob-
What will be incredible will be when we have all three volumes of Mr.
Schultz's book in hand..... THAT will be something.
Model-wise (piggy noises) we have a long way to go.... the TCZ and
everything from 9902-9908 have not been made in
plastic....yet....in any scale.... and there are big holes in the
roster as
far as prewar stuff (in HO) and we don't have any
E5s in either scale in RTR.
Hoping to fix that eventually....
