[CBQ] Switch stand info needed

Looking for drawings and anything else I can find for a
Bethlehen Steel Co. Model.1222 ground throw switch machine.
Very low profile, unique mechanism.
We have one here at our museum and would like documentation to go with it.
I suspect it was used on the CB&Q, as that is where most of our 
collection came from.
