The first link is incomplete. It should include " Reservation Form.pdf"
but does not, thus when you attempt to use it it incorrectly thinks you are
attempting to try something else. The second link - and the link in your
note - work fine. That is true of a couple of places within Dave's note
(the survey form is another example). I think that's why he sent the
second note.
