Ray Bedard asked about date of that old green brochure describing how
an early Q steam powered train "took its own photo" at speed. The date
of the photo is 1899 so I will assume the brochure is the same year.
The entire episode involving a photographer from Galesburg using
innovative camera equipment causing the train to "trip" the shutter is
described in an old CB&Q "Zephyr" publication. Gerald
