Regarding my earlier request for mfg./part no. for Q Hudson HO tender
trucks - I probably should clarify the obvious:
I know that the Hudson tender trucks were Commonwealth 6 wheel with 106"
wheelbase and 36" dia. wheelsets - and that Precision Scale makes at least a
couple of possibilities.
Lacking a Precision catalog I would appreciate which catalog number(s) would
be correct. Given the occasional "out of stock" condition of many Precision
parts, it would be helpful to have alternatives by other manufacturers; if
they exist.
The Rivarossi trucks, with a small amount of rework, are a decent match, but
I am not aware of any place where their parts only may be ordered.
Given the above - any suggestions?
