Charlie and List,

The Twin City Zephyr Diners, Silver Salver and Silver Feast, and the CZ
Diners are the only ones with the roof antennas. The remaining Burlington
Diners
built for the Kansas City Zephyr and the Denver Zephyr, Silver Chef and Silver
Tureen, and the extra diner Silver Cuisine lacked the roof antennas. To be
honest I'm not really sure which car is the extra diner, built in 1952 were
Silver
Inn(2nd), Silver Manor, and Silver Cuisine. According to Randall's From
Zephyr to Amtrak Silver Manor was the extra diner.

The other CZ cars that could be used as prototype with all the letter boards
in place would be the 6-5 Pullmans, Silver Swan and Silver Pelican built for
the 1956 DZ. One would replace the railroad letters in the small board with the
word "Pullman".

BLI producing the CZ cars with the letter boards as an extra glue on piece
would be a great idea! Again if this is the case people could also model the
later Rio Grande Zephyr as the large letter boards were removed. Hint Hint,
then
a natural add on would be the Rio Grande's Prospector Baggage/RPO car that the
Grande bought from the C&O.

Once again it seems as the California Zephyr is the "Most Talked About
Train".
