Life-Like Customer Service (CBQlist members below is the response I
received from Life-Like)
I understand that mistakes can happen, and with all the new products and
different road names, someone can over look a mistake. However, based on
your response to my issue, asking the CUSTOMER to repaint the doors to
correct this major oversight does not appear to be in the best interest of
either the CUSTOMER or Life-Like.
I would expect that you could very easily send out a new cab to the CUSTOMER
for replacement, rather than having us disassemble the unit, remove the
window glazing and they repaint the doors and door panels.
I am also forwarding this to the CBQlist so that other members are aware of
the error and allow them to decide whether or not to purchase this engine.
As I stated earlier, I really like the engine and sound system, but this
mistake is something I can not live with.
