Thanks for the info.  This is not the first time this has happened, and
certainly won't be the least.  Trains ran an article about this problem
sometime back.  Your report encourgaed me to write a letter to my
congressman, urging him to protect the rights of law-abiding citizens
engaged in legitimate, and legal hobbies.  Who knows if it will do any good,
but if enough of us express concern, who knows.
