I am not sure of the details, but if Hornby gets the Rivarossi tooling I am
betting that Walthers will not get the exclusive use of any of the tooling.
Walthers may very well retool, but they would be wise to pick different
prototypes rather than duplicating the Rivarossi cars which will be back on
the market in the not too distant future under another banner....
