When I posted the info on the meet, I did not realize it was not
finalized so here's an update from Dennis Popish, VP-Operations BRHS
"That data was a rough draft. Please wait before posting it on
the internet until we have the final version due to date and
registration due dates and fee changes. I will have this finalized
by the end of the week. But hotel info. for reservations and date of
events, itinerary, etc. can be used for information.
The polo shirts are another item that may get deleted depending on
society responsibility. The e-mail was intended to give those that
needed definite advance information to make transportation and
scheduling arrangements.
Again, the details will change for the final version that will be
first-classed mailed to the membership at the end of this week or
this weekend. The cutoof date on the early registration price of
$75.00 will be pushed up to September 1, so ignore the date shown on
the e-mail. Call or e-mail me if you have questions.
