they did the same to create the ROUND-UP, were these tasks performed
by Budd or CBQ personnel? Presuming that the actual application was
NOT done in Philadelphia, in both instances did Budd make these as
"kits" to be applied on site? Or- were these fabricated on the spot
from raw materials?
