Were the O-4 USRA Mikados delivered to the Q with Elesco or Worthington
feedwater heaters? In a 1954 roster I have all but three of these locomotives
have Worthingtons. If the O-4s were delivered with Elescos, then when were they
retrofitted with the W-BL's?
