Greetings, List;

Back in May/June of '03, 5 messages discussed these trains (16366,
371,372,375,& 377). Three of us in our local MR Club want to model
these trains. My research shows that IMCX had their own cars as
well as some leased cars. We are modeling 1968. The Oct '68 ORER
listed 3 groups of IMCX covered hoppers. IMCX 5000-5499 and 5800-
5867 were ACF 3510 cylindrical hoppers (Atlas's 3-bay model) and
IMCX 5400-5799 were ACF 3560 "hi-cube" centerflow hoppers. The 5800
group was originally SHPX 62818-62885 blt in 10-66. So far, we've
only found one photo-NAHX 51166 with the IMC logo. This appeared in
RMJ Mar,97 but the Walther's decal(1441) for this car is long gone.
Micro-Scale has a decal(87-809) which provides IMCX reporting marks
and data but no logo.

Can anyone assist with more data and/or a photo that might enable us
to re-create the lettering for these cars? Message 16372 mentioned
photos in a BN Annual but we have not been able to find a copy at
this time. Any and all assistance is welcomed.

Thank you in advance.
