Even more unique is the display of a marker indicating the START of a
temporary slow track condition on main #3! This intelligent and helpful
practice
ceased shortly after 3/3/70.
The second signal head from the top of the "Xmas Tree" signal indicated that
an eastbound train was going to enter Main #4 at Aurora depot. Main #4 had a
number plated signal, Number "4-37.8" at the extreme west end of the platform
that governed eastward movements. Main #4 was referred to as "Depot 3".
The bottom signal head governed eastward movements to all other tracks south
(railroad) of main #4.
The top right signal head was a "permissive signal" that allowed an eastward
movement into an occupied main #3 or #4.
Who's the guy in the red coat who failed to read the warning sign?
