As an interesting aside the dividing point between the Lincoln
and McCook Divisions in the mid 40's was between Kenesaw and
Heartwell. Why is that interesting?
When Digicon set up the currently used CTC screens the boundary
between two screens is between Kenesaw and Heartwell.
The McCook East territory is split on 1st shift, Monday thru
Friday, and naturally that is where is split is made, between
Kenesaw and Heartwell.
The more things change, the more they stay the same.

Subject: [CBQ] CB&Q divisions
I have been trying to determine the boundries of several divisions in
the late 1940s. Can anyone with a collection of employee timetables
from that period furnish the division point between the Lincoln and
Alliance division (Probable Ravenna because of the time zone change?)
Also would like to know the boundry between Sheridan and Alliance
divisions. The branches in Iowa off the Ottumwa and Creston
divisions are also a question. Were they part of O&C or the St. Joe
division? JPH
