I don't have Bill Glick's two passenger car books at my fingertips (highly
recommended!), but I think the three classes that RWC is producing are
pretty similar in appearance, with just minor differences in rivet detail
and some other particulars. All were built post-WWI through the mid-1920s,
if memory serves. Mike Spoor's CB&Q Color Guide to Freight and Passenger
Equipment (another great resource) has photos of a BA-11 and BA-12.
As for lettering, the 'ribbon' style was introduced around 1950, but many
cars retained their original 'Roman' lettering long after that. To
complicate matters further, some heavyweight passenger cars (I don't know
about these baggage cars) were repainted in 'silver' or aluminum paint with
black lettering (to operate in trains with streamlined equipment). In any
case, though, there were certainly plenty of green ones with either ribbon
or Roman lettering during the 1950s.
