[BRHSlist] Katon CBQ corrugated passenger set question.

Can anyone tell me about installing the little "sprue" pieces on the 
RPO car?  I installed the tiny safty bar and assume that means I 
cannot install the mail bag catcher at the same time.  Correct?  
Also, I have 4 pieces of the mail bag catcher.  Are 2 of these 
duplicates?  I can't see where you could get 2 on each side at the 
same time.
