Depot at West HInsdale was torn down in August of 1969. My father was going
to try and talk the wreckers into getting the wooden sign on the west end of
the depot, but my moother passed away and by the time my dad was able to do
anything about getting the sign, the depot, sign and all was gone. I think
someone told me the local historical society did get one or maybe both
signs. The sign on the east end of the depot was a more modern white
porcelian with black letters. RWB
