IIRC, Zephyr 9902 was the name given to the Chicago to Quincy, Ill., service 
in the mid to late 1940's--early 1950's.  It was called that because it was 
the second train, the "twin" in the Twin Zephyrs service when it first started 
out.  The Pioneer Zephyr, 9900, was first, then Twins 9902 and 9902.  The Mark 
Twain Zephyr was 9903 and so forth.  Nubes
