2nd question: Not to my knowledge, all axle driven generators.
3rd question: Not to my knowledge, either axle driven or small
diesel/gasoline engine.
4th question: Yes, it was.
5th question: No, not at all. Cab heat was from front radiator.
standby generator provided it's own heat source.
